Sentiero means “path” in Italian. We wanted a name that had meaning to us and encompassed what we are about: our love for and appreciation of cultural diversity, our awareness of the infinite nature of psychological evolution, and the wisdom associated with knowing that healing takes a village of support. Our logo is a vertical infinity sign with a small opening embraced by a circle, which is symbolic for an openness to infinite growth surrounded by support.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy services are available across the lifespan, serving children as young as two and three years old to older adults in individual, play, group, and family modalities.
Assessment
Clarify a diagnosis, facilitate a deeper understanding of personality, assess for a learning disability, evaluate executive functioning, or obtain academic accommodations.
Advocacy
Advocacy for school-aged children with unique educational needs. We assist parents in navigating the IEP process in the public school system.
Military & Veteran Services
We are in-network providers with Veterans Affairs (VA) and Tricare. Our understanding of the military provides context for what service members and their families experience and helps us navigate solutions more easily.

Treatment
As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Kierce has been passionately motivated to bring a human element to psychological health and the community. She lived below the poverty line for years while in school and struggled to find creative ways to access healthcare. She spent over a decade in her own psychotherapy because she believes in the process, values understanding herself, and thinks it is essential to understand treatment from a patient’s perspective.
